The aim of these seminars

to familiarize the professionals with special anatomical and functionhal issues eg on how the ear works in a more simple but scientific way. This is necessary for this special group since there are many myths about the ear function and they have to be clarified.

to inform professionals about the ENT problems that may be related to their performance and could make their work difficult.

to inform this occupational group about methods of protection in order to achieve maximum performance in their work.
GOAL: familiarity with the ear and the impact on voice, discussion about the myths about these organs , education to be safer in their working environment and self-awareness on dealing with hearing problems
C. Seminars for teachers and parents
The aim of the series of seminars for teachers and parents is to raise awareness and inform them about

the misuse of headphones used for music and prevention of hearing problems

to educate on how ear, works, in order to dispel some of the myths about it and to explain in a simple, understandable and valid way its extremely complex function

(for teachers) about the insidious and often unrecognised hearing disorders that affect the performance of some pupils at school. Are some children not "inattentive" after all?
GOAL: It is important to provide accurate information and prevention, as well as early recognition of signs leading to hearing disorders. Prevention is the best and cheapest treatment.
